Meet The Edisons

Tom Errico / Guitar & Vocals:

Tom Errico is originally from the swamps of Jersey, and resided there until his quest for musical nirvana brought him to Tampa. Tom is the lead guitarist as well as lead vocalist of this group. He began writing compositions early on and is the major original song contributer to the band. The Beatles were Toms earliest and biggest influence but bands such as REM, Gin Blossoms, Jayhawks and the great early 80's band The Producers have all influenced his style. Tom strives for perfection in the face of adversity but having a good time while making music has always been his passion. Plus he's always heavily medicated so he can deal with having Nick & Al in the band.

Al Ehrhart / Bass & Vocals:

Al was raised in the shadow of Chicago's South-side and will let you know all about the fantastic music that can be heard there. Al is a multi-instrumentalist and does a superb job at playing all of them consistently. His biggest influences are Paul McCartney, and Chris Squire of Yes, but Tom from The Edisons runs a close third. Let it be known that Al is a fan of all things that revolve around music and loves to hear the low frequencies of his "violin of love". Al's secret desire is to kick Tom out of the band and take over lead guitar and lead vocals !

Nick Bostinto / Guitar & Vocals:

Nick hails from Long Island but has resided in Florida for many years. He brings dedication and a work ethic to help the band along. Nick is glad to talk about his 20 something piece guitar collection, but his love of playing has always driven him forward .  From time to time he plays his jangly 12 string Rickenbacker guitar, as well as a killer harmonica on some songs. Ever the showman Nick exudes a friendly demeanor and is nicknamed ( sorry for the pun) "The loveable Edison." Occasionally Nick forgets to bring his fan to a gig and he gets very hot & irritated and is known as "The Grouchy Edison".

Roger Gabbey / Drums

Roger has been playing music for years in a wide range of  venues. Next time you see him, ask him about the spandex days of the 80's. Raised in Bancock, Roger developed his love for music in very exotic places. He has been a staple on the Tampa Bay music scene playing everything from  straight rock & roll  to "big hair" metal.  Roger had been taking an extended break from playing in bands to "recharge" his batteries and until he found the right opportunity  to jump back into something that moved him musically.  Upon hearing The Edison's play he has claimed to have witnessed a blinding bright flash of light and could hear the voices of angels in his ears. At that moment he knew he had to become.... Roger Edison !!!!!!! And so now he begins the greatest musical adventure of his life !  Stay tuned to see how he transforms himself into the ultimate Edison drummer !!
